Shipping policy

All ThreaderPros uniforms are made to order. Here's how timing works:

 

PRODUCTION TIME: 3-5 business days. Every order is custom — your team's logo, colors, and roster are applied after you order, so production starts as soon as your design is confirmed.

 

SHIPPING TIME: 5 business days via standard ground shipping, once your order leaves production. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

 

TOTAL TIME: Most orders arrive within 8-10 business days of confirming your design — plan season orders accordingly.

 

BULK / TEAM ORDERS: Ordering 10 or more units automatically unlocks bulk pricing at checkout. Larger team orders may take longer to produce; contact us at info@threaderpros.com if you're working against a hard deadline and we'll confirm a timeline before you order.
